3-Ingredient Tahini Oatmeal Cookies

This is one of my go to cookies when I am pressed for time and I am craving for a sweet cookie. It is so easy to make and only requires 3 ingredients which are tahini, rolled oats and dates šŸ˜ And if you do not have tahini, you can use any nut butter or seed butter and the cookies will be just as perfect and satisfying šŸ¤¤

From the ingredients, you know these cookies are going to be healthy as they are packed with complex carbohydrates, good fat and are naturally sweetened with dates šŸ™‚ These cookies are also dairy free, oil free and as with most of my baked goods, vegan friendly. I hope you get a chance to try these cookies šŸ˜Š

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have. As always, please let me know what you think of this recipe.
