A little late but happy new year, everyone. I am ready to get back into my routine after a little holiday in picturesque Tasmania โ˜บ๏ธ It was nice to get away to recharge for the year ahead.
Easy lighter tiramisu ๐Ÿฎ Perfect for your morning or afternoon tea or even dessert. The filling is made with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, so itโ€™s packed with protein to keep you full and satiated longer. I love the sweetness and crunchiness of the pumpkin and how well the pesto dressing goes with the whole salad โ˜บ๏ธ This salad is also packed with complex carbohydrates from the pumpkin, quinoa and beans, protein from the quinoa, beans & cottage cheese in the dressing & healthy fats in the pesto. They are packed with fibre, complex carbohydrates and protein and make the perfect dish for #meatless Mondays ๐Ÿคค These burgers are also #glutenfree and vegan, so most of us can enjoy them ๐Ÿ˜ I have these burgers in @aldiaustralia lower carb high protein burger buns as they are so filling and I love the taste of the buns!
